Your law firm deserves a partner… not just any account rep!
Hey there!
This is Kellen Bachman, head of client strategy here at ApricotLaw.
A quick announcement to kick off today’s letter…
From now on, I’m going to be writing these emails directly to you, instead of “the ApricotLaw team.”
I’ve been behind the curtain the whole time, but a recent question from a reader prompted me to switch up the format.
An attorney wrote in and asked:
If he was to hire our firm, who would he be working with?
The short answer is:
Me!
The long answer: you’d be working with the whole ApricotLaw team through me.
There will be dozens of people touching your digital marketing campaign over time. But I will always be the liaison between you and the rest of the team.
The way I usually bill myself to new prospects and clients is:
“I’m your sherpa.”
That means I’ll act as your guide through the entire process of your digital marketing campaign, every step of the way.
If the day ever comes where I don’t have the bandwidth anymore — as in if I literally, physically could not keep up with the workload — then I’d bring in more team members under me to help out.
And even then, I would still oversee your campaign directly.
I make this promise because I’m a big believer in giving our clients direct access to a partner.
Some law firm SEO agencies have a reputation for only prioritizing new clients at the expense of old ones, and handing them off to an inexperienced account rep.
That’s not us!
You will always have my full attention and effort, whether you’ve been with us for six months or five years.
This is also why exclusive focus is one of our brand promises (we partner with only one firm per practice area and location).
